LIVING SPACES

SPACES DESIGNED FOR LIVING

Living well begins with spaces designed for how life is truly lived. Each room is intentional - bedrooms that offer quiet retreat, shared areas that invite connection, and windows that frame the landscape as part of daily life. Materials like oak, stone, and glass bring warmth and permanence, while open plans and thoughtful proportions create a natural flow. In the Landwell Zero, design is not about excess, but about balance: spaces that serve, inspire, and endure.

The primary suite, located on the main living level, is conceived as a private sanctuary. A spa-like en suite bath offers moments of retreat, while a large picture window frames sweeping views of the valley - bringing light, stillness, and the rhythm of nature into the room. Designed for comfort and calm, it is a space where daily life slows into something restorative.

PRIMARY SUITE

On the lower level, two additional bedrooms offer flexibility and quiet retreat. Designed with the same attention to detail as the rest of the home, they can serve as comfortable guest suites, private offices, or creative spaces. With natural light and a sense of calm, these rooms adapt gracefully to the evolving needs of modern living.

SECONDARY BEDROOMS

The great room is the heart of the home - an expansive open space where the kitchen, dining, and living areas flow together around a modern Morsø wood stove. Framed by wide-plank oak floors and generous windows, the room is filled with natural light and sweeping views of the valley. Designed for both gathering and quiet moments, it is a space where daily life and special occasions feel equally at home.

GREAT ROOM

The family room is designed as a warm and inviting retreat on the lower level. A hand-crafted staircase becomes a sculptural focal point, leading into a space finished with soft carpeting for comfort underfoot. Extra sound-baffling in the ceiling ensures quiet, making it the perfect place to watch a film, unwind, or gather with family. An adjoining office space and ample storage add both function and flexibility, making this level as practical as it is comfortable.

FAMILY ROOM

The entryway sets the tone for the home - welcoming, functional, and beautifully designed. Heated slate tile floors melt away winter snow from boots, while a dedicated jack-and-shoe area keeps the space organized and practical. Expansive picture windows frame the landscape beyond, flooding the entry with natural light and offering a stunning first impression.

ENTRYWAY

The screened porch extends living outdoors with 300 square feet of space beneath soaring 10-foot ceilings. Large enough for both a dining table and a comfortable seating area, it’s a place to gather for meals, conversations, or quiet sunsets, all while sheltered in comfort. Blending openness with protection, the porch becomes an all-season retreat connected to the beauty of the landscape.
